I think I would indulge and buy a couple of my favorite magazines.
I know just what I would do with it! I have a jar into which I put unexpected money (i.e. refund checks, gift cards, etc.) I also throw all loose change in it (including what I find on the floor of my kids' rooms and when I do laundry). By the time Christmas comes around, I have a nice little stash that takes some of the sting out of those December purchases. If I won your gift card, it would go in the Christmas Fund jar!
I'm in Wal-Mart at least once a week and would probably use it to take the edge off what I already spend there. :-)
